Arts Council announces high school winners

The Champaign County Arts Council held a competition for local high school artists, displaying their work in the Arts Council Gallery/Mike Major Studio.

The show was judged by Steve McInturff, professor and director of the Urbana University Miller Center for Visual Arts. He holds a BFA from the Columbus College of Art & Design, where he studied illustration, and works out of his studio in Springfield with a variety of mediums.

The results in six categories are:
